Our dogs are with us for such a short period of time, but one of their best qualities is how they spend their lives - simply being in the moment that they’re in, and not worrying too much about the future or the past (well, unless it’s nearly dinner time that is…).
So when I take your dogs portraits, I have this in mind. We celebrate them as they are, you as you are, and your relationship together. Sometimes that will look like a posed, polished portrait and other times that will look like flailing ears and a daft face running through the spring grass.
My sessions are incredibly relaxed which enables me to create authentic portraits, worthy of a place in your home. Serving not only as something beautiful to put on the wall, but a paused moment in time that will take you back to a happy memory, or perhaps a funny anecdote from the day you had a fun photo shoot with your dog.
